The Love Letters collection is for the romantics, inspired by the story of everlasting love between Max & Valentine - Natasha, our founder's, grandparents. After meeting in a place far from their homes in the face of adversity, they fell in love despite not speaking each other's language. A year would separate them as they sought refugee visas in Australia, so they would exchange sweet love letters until they could both be reunited. They lived happily ever after. Love Letters collection is an ode to the love we all deserve.

Standard Delivery — $10 flat rate or free for orders over $100

Standard Delivery — $15 flat rate or free for orders over $250

Estimated delivery: 6–14 business days

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Duties & Taxes

Parcels ship from Australia. Some countries may apply customs or import duties which are the responsibility of the recipient. For advice on potential fees, please check with your local customs office.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for incorrect or defective items. Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 30 days to your original payment method. We’ll also refund return postage if you email a receipt to info@olgavalentineswimwear.com within 2 days of sending your item back.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for size or colour changes if the item is unworn, unwashed and has tags attached. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Sale items cannot be exchanged.

Exceptions

• Items worn (other than being tried on with tags attached), used or altered cannot be returned or exchanged.
  
• Bikini bottoms that have been tried on are not eligible for return/exchange.
  
• Sale items are final
