Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Olga Valentine pieces. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to assist with a return or exchange.

Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in original, unused condition with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please email info@olgavalentineswimwear.com with your order details.

Once your return is approved, you may send the item(s) to:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

For your peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once your return has been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be issued via the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

We happily offer exchanges for a different size or style, subject to availability.

Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping costs apply.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, all swimwear is fitted with a protective hygiene label.

Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the hygiene label is intact and the item is in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

We recommend trying on swimwear over underwear to ensure eligibility for return.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items where the hygiene label has been removed, or for items that have been worn, used, or altered.

Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
