Full refunds are only offered where you have received an incorrect or defective item. Refunds are processed within 30 days of receipt of your returned item via the same method of payment you paid for the order with. We will also refund you the cost of return shipping provided a receipt for postage is emailed to us at info@olgavalentineswimwear.com within 2 days of shipping your item back to us item.

Exchanges
We happily accept exchanges if you change your mind or don't like the fit of an item. If your clothing item is in new condition with the tags still on you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or colour. You still will have to pay the return shipping fee. We cannot accept exchanges for sale items.

Exceptions
Merchandise that has been worn (with the exception of trying it on with the tags still on), used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. We cannot accept return/exchange of bikini bottoms that have been tried on. We cannot accept exchanges for sale items.

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.

3. You must choose a shipping option with tracking. If you do not, we reserve the right to deny you a refund or exchange if the item does not get delivered to us. Any shipping without tracking also cannot be refunded to you.
