Care Instructions: Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Hang to dry in shade. Warm iron if needed, avoiding direct contact with the print. Do not dry clean.

Duties & Taxes
Parcels ship from Australia. For orders to the USA, duties and taxes are included, so there’s nothing extra to pay on delivery. Other countries may apply customs or import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient. For advice on potential fees, please check with your local customs office.

Refunds
If your item arrives faulty or we’ve sent the wrong item, we’ll happily refund, repair or replace it. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We’ll also refund your return postage if you email the receipt to info@olgavalentineswimwear.com within 2 days of sending your item back.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange for a different size or colour within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, has its tags attached, and the hygiene liner is still in place. Return postage for exchanges is the customer’s responsibility.
Sale items
Sale items can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery (same conditions as above). We don’t offer refunds on sale items for change of mind.
Final Sale & samples
Items marked “Final Sale” and sample pieces can’t be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
Please note
- Items that have been worn (other than tried on with tags and hygiene liner attached), used or altered can’t be returned or exchanged.
- For hygiene reasons, swimwear can only be returned or exchanged if the hygiene liner is still in place.
- None of this affects your rights if an item is faulty.
