ALength: top of the shoulder strap down to the crotch

Measure what fits

Lay a swimsuit your child wears now on a flat surface and measure it unstretched. It's more reliable than measuring a wriggling child.

Allow for stretch

Our swim fabric has four-way stretch and gives around 2–4 cm when worn, so a snug flat measurement is fine.

Between sizes?

Styles can vary by 1–2 cm. If you're unsure, size up for extra length and a longer season of wear.

Parcels ship from Australia. For orders to the USA, duties and taxes are included, so there’s nothing extra to pay on delivery. RETURNS RETURNS

Refunds

If your item arrives faulty or we’ve sent the wrong item, we’ll happily refund, repair or replace it. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We’ll also refund your return postage if you email the receipt to info@olgavalentineswimwear.com within 2 days of sending your item back.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange for a different size or colour within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, has its tags attached, and the hygiene liner is still in place. Return postage for exchanges is the customer’s responsibility.

Sale items

Sale items can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery (same conditions as above). We don’t offer refunds on sale items for change of mind.

Final Sale & samples

Items marked “Final Sale” and sample pieces can’t be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

Please note

Items that have been worn (other than tried on with tags and hygiene liner attached), used or altered can’t be returned or exchanged.
For hygiene reasons, swimwear can only be returned or exchanged if the hygiene liner is still in place.
None of this affects your rights if an item is faulty.
