Refunds are only issued for incorrect or defective items. Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 30 days to your original payment method. We’ll also refund return postage if you email a receipt to info@olgavalentineswimwear.com within 2 days of sending your item back.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for size or colour changes if the item is unworn, unwashed and has tags attached. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Sale items cannot be exchanged.

Exceptions

Items worn (other than being tried on with tags attached), used or altered cannot be returned or exchanged.
Bikini bottoms that have been tried on are not eligible for return/exchange.
